My Top 10 Favorite Items While Traveling
Packing cubes- I think packing cubes are probably by far the best things I have purchased for traveling. They allowed me to fit more in to my suitcase and, allowed me to stay a little more organized. Only having to pull out one cube to find what I need instead of trying to dig through an entire suitcase that I’ve dug through a hundred times just makes life so much easier.
Battery Pack- This is kind of self-explanatory but nothing is worse than getting stuck somewhere while traveling and your phone having a dead battery. Especially, if you get lost, have important documents, or if you need to take that perfect vacation photo!
Luggage- I for one feel like I have tried every kind of suit case (Obviously exaggerating), but out of all the ones I have tried a Hard case 4 wheel rolling suitcase is the easiest most convenient way to go. They are easy to move through crowds, doesn’t get to much damage if you need to check it, and you can pack your things into both sides of it. They are a win all the way around if you ask me.
Back Pack- I always take a Back pack with me when I travel. It counts as a personal bag on plain. Gives you plenty of room for you to pack books, snacks, electronics, or whatever else you might need for the ride. It gives you room so you can pack and extra outfit. Having compartments helps keep you more organized. It also is something you can carry with you that is versatile.
Money Belt- So maybe when you’re out and you don’t feel like carrying your back pack and you need something smaller. My suggestion would be a cute money belt. Its small and can carry the necessities, but it is discrete and you don’t need to worry about leaving it somewhere or someone taking it.
Headphones - there is absolutely nothing worse then getting on a plane and realizing you forgot you headphones! I take them with me everywhere!
Snacks- Any one that has ever traveled with me knows I am the queen of snacks. I always have multiple types of candy salt and vinegar chips, and a coke. When it’s a road trip or on a plane I always have something.
Eye mask- I absolutely love my eye mask and never leave home without it. It makes sleeping on planes, in cars, or even in hotel rooms that seem to have to much light in the room so much easier! I love this particular kind because it doesn’t actually rest over your eyelids making it so much more comfortable.
Luggage scale- This little thing has saved me so many times from paying extra baggage fees. Its nice not have to open your bag in the airport trying to shuffle things into other bags just to make weight.
Travel adapter- Another little that has come in handy time and time again. Having one of my own has saved me from having to get charged from using one from the hotel if they even have them available. Just one less thing to worry about!
